Geoff Schiveley joined Hostak, Henzl & Bichler, S.C. in February, 2007, and was named a shareholder in January, 2008. Geoff has extensive experience in representing public and private companies, as well as their individual owners, in a wide variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract review and drafting, and advising officers, directors and owners on issues of corporate governance. His real estate services include the purchase, sale, leasing and development of commercial and residential real estate, as well as representing condominium Boards in governance, risk management and contractual matters. In addition, he represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial lending matters related to corporate and real estate transactions.
Geoff is a member of the American and Racine County Bar Associations, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Rotary Club of Racine (Downtown).
