This summaries my career as a lawyer:
From 1964-1965, I served as Law Clerk to Chief Justice, George Currie, Wisconsin Supreme Court, in Madison, Wisconsin.
From 1965 to present I have been Practicing of law in Racine [within this firm and its predecessor firms], doing mainly civil litigation, health law, representation of religious institutes and lawyer professional responsibility.
For over 40 years, I handled lawsuits in trial and appellate courts, both in Wisconsin and Federal jurisdictions, resulting in more than 60 reported cases. From approximately 1970-2000, I did health law, which included being general counsel to a local hospital and defending its medical malpractice suits.
From 1970-1986 I served as a Supreme Court-appointed-counsel to its Boards appointed to license and discipline the lawyers authorized to practice in Wisconsin.
Since 1980 I have been providing legal services to various Religious Institutes, mainly Roman Catholic Orders of Religious Men and Women.
As a Shareholder (Senior) I now focus my efforts in
three areas:
1) Representation of Religious institutes.
2) Counseling to serve our clients, in the areas of
my legal experiences.
3) Pro Bono Services: mainly to community boards:
e.g. currently I am a corporate director of
Racine Dominican Ministries, Inc. and of
Hospice Alliance, Inc.

to serve include:
American Family Insurance, Wisconsin Health Care liability Insurance, Chicago Title Insurance, Province of St. Joseph of the Capuchin Order Inc. St. Lukes Memorial hospital, Racine WI. Styberg Engineering Company, and many other individuals and corporations.
